What We Do

Snowy Mountain Inn in Greer, Arizona has been using Morin Construction as our licensed general contractor for over twelve years on a broad range of projects, ranging from repairs to remodeling and new construction. Our experience has been very positive, due to Eddie Morin’s dedication to his craft and his customer. His response has always been prompt, his prices have been fair and every job has been completed in timely fashion with first-rate quality. As a result, we have recommended Morin Construction to several of our neighbors and friends, all of which have also used Eddie’s company to their satisfaction. The projects completed at Snowy Mountain have included but are not limited to the following: (1) septic lift station repairs and pump replacement, (2) pump house pressure tank replacement and aerator installation, (3) pump house to lodge water line replacement, (4) installation of three outdoor Jacuzzis and enclosures, (5) roof replacement and repairs at all of our cabins and the main lodge, (6) deck replacement and roof addition at the main lodge, (7) bathroom remodel at one cabin, (8) complete commercial kitchen remodel in the main lodge, (9) studio apartment remodel and conversion to retail space in the main lodge and (10) restaurant remodel and bar and serving area construction, including chillers, a beer tapper and sinks. Most of these projects have involved other subcontractors, leased or rented equipment and the use of additional labor for Morin Construction. In all cases, the subcontractors, equipment and labor were managed in the manner fitting for a competent General Contractor. Costs were negotiated and preapproved and any minor issues were resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction. Snowy Mountain Inn would not hesitate to recommend Morin Construction to others.

To whom it may concern: Over the last several years we have contracted with Morin Construction on multiple projects at our home. We have always been very pleased with the results. The jobs were completed in a timely manner, the workmanship was highest quality, and there were no ugly surprises when it came time to pay for the finished work. We happen to build our new house in Show Low at exactly the wrong time. We had no idea that construction material costs were about to dramatically increase. No one could have known. With that said, Eddie and James with Morin Construction worked with us through those economic hurdles to ease that burden. The other builders we interviewed could not provide a timely building schedule (most could not start a new project for more than a year). But Morin Construction was able to start construction within 5 months from signing the contract. They purchased lumber and other materials early to head off cost increase. They kept in close contact to keep us informed as the project proceeded and invited us to ask questions along the way. We have found that their team did quality work and the final product was top notch. Eddie stayed on top of the trades and demanded quality work from all who provided service on the project. We had a couple of follow up items after they turned the keys over to us, and they quickly took care of them. We would highly recommend them to friends and family and anyone looking to build in the area.

Pat and Dick Bruneau of Greer, Arizona have utilized Morin Construction for numerous projects at our home in Geer for better than a decade. It was not a stretch to utilize them for repairs and new construction at our residence as well, given our positive experience and Eddie Morin’s license as a residential General Contractor. Projects at our home have included septic, roof and bathroom repairs, but the signature project was the removal of storm-damaged decking and the construction of new patio areas, new kitchen and living room entry areas, a large BBQ, a triple fire pit, relocation of our Jacuzzi and the construction of new roofing to cover the Jacuzzi area. The project included the subcontracting of custom deck railing, propane fire pits and a large amount of custom concrete work. All were managed very well, both from a financial aspect and from a coordination standpoint. Eddie Morin contributed significantly to the project by creatively bringing in large boulders from the neighborhood to create a totally unique patio area that blends in very well with our surroundings and also created a defensible space against fires around our home. Lighting and electrical access was installed and our Jacuzzi was converted to 220V for greater efficiency. We have recommended Morin Construction to many of our neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
